I am sure all of us have several parent initiated conferences a year! I know I do. It is great to have a form on hand to use. I print several of the below form and have them ready. Sociogram

A sociogram is a terrific way to get to know your students. This is not something they share with their peers. It is something they fill out privately and turn in to their teacher. It gives you a great glimpse into their world!
